3-Week RTF Intensive beginning this Wednesday!

Improve your strength, agility, speed, coordination, fluid motion and even endurance in ways that you didn’t think were possible…

RTF is a wholly unique combination of martial arts, dance, Feldenkrais® and music.

  • In RTF you will learn how to maximize power by using less effort.
  • You will discover how you have been blocking your own improvement.
  • You will be astonished by the innate power of your own body.
  • Most important, you will discover joy in movement and exercise that you may not have experienced in a long, long time!
  • Days/Times:  Mon-Fri, 6-7:15pm

    Dates:       Wednesday, August 12 – Tuesday, September 1 (15 days)

    Location:       Wed, Thurs, Fri @ The Hub in West LA:  2001 S Barrington Ave.

    Mon, Tues @ Santa Monica Beach

    Materials:       1 mat + warm clothes (for beach days)
